buyer registration form E-mail questions for Buyer Registration print admission requirements	Before entering, all buyers must complete a brief buyer/designer registration application and provide qualifying information. All buyers/designers are periodically re-qualified in a renewal process. (Please note that completion of this form does not register a buyer for shows; show registration forms may be found here. Required qualifying information • Copy of current state retail sales tax license. (local business license or Federal ID for businesses in states without tax license) • Proof of ownership or employment for each buyer (payroll documentation for each buyer) • Proof of business checking account or personalized business credit card And ONE of the following with renewal or within 6 months of new application: • Mart-related invoice(s) totaling $1000, dated within one year of application or renewal (no samples accepted) • Four wholesale invoices exceeding $100 each from Denver Mart showrooms, dated within one year of application or renewal (no samples accepted) • Copy of current dated yellow page business listing that clearly indicates the retail of merchandise like that available at this Mart. • Referral from a Mart showroom where you have an established business relationship [please contact your showroom rep] Interior Designers Please complete the buyer/designer registration application, and submit the following materials: • Copy of current state retail sales tax license. (local business license or Federal ID for businesses in states without tax license) • Proof of ownership or employment for each buyer (payroll documentation for each buyer) • Proof of business checking account or personalized business credit card And ONE of the following with renewal or within 6 months of new application: • Current ASID, IIDA, NKB, NCIDQ, or proof of other related professional membership • Design-related invoice(s) from any resource totaling $1000, sidemarked and dated within one year of application or renewal • Copy of current, dated design/decorating yellow page listing • Four design-related invoices exceeding $100 each from this Mart, dated within one year of application or renewal (no samples accepted).
