The following services are provided by the Denver Mart at no additional costs or fees:
The Denver Mart’s experienced special event staff can provide complete setup with uncovered tables, chairs and wastebaskets. Staging in varying heights, dance floors, podiums and easels can also be provided to the extent of available inventory. (Equipment Order Form.)
There is no rental charge for one day of move-in and setup for decorator and exhibits if space is available.
Event directional signage will be provided for the day of the event. The Denver Mart will also hang up to 5 of your banners inside the hall and outside the building.
Daily trash removal and on-site, daily maintenance and cleaning are provided by the Denver Mart’s in-house event staff.
As one of the largest shippers and receivers of goods in the region, the Denver Mart’s shipping and receiving experts are second to none. Each event building has truck bays and drive-in ramps to accommodate multiple vehicles. The dock receives freight for exhibitors during shows and assists with UPS deliveries. Carts are also available at the dock for move-in and move-out. (Shipping Instructions PDF).
The Mart can provide limited A/V equipment. Please inquire with the Sales department. For group needs beyond our capacity we can assist in making outside arrangements with local suppliers. Electrical service is provided for A/V needs.
Setup for Catered Events
Catered events receive:
- table stands
- padded banquet chairs
- dance floor
Plentiful parking for over 2,500 cars. (Directions and Parking Map).
Additional services can be provided by the Denver Mart for an additional fee:
The Denver Mart provides full service electrical equipment and support during shows. Whether your event has basic exhibit booth needs or full show production, high capacity needs the Mart can accommodate you and will assist throughout your event.
High Speed Internet Access
High speed wireless internet service is available in all common spaces. (Wifi Details).
Event host service staff offer directional information, safety and security support and immediate contact to all Mart departments during shows. Round-the-clock security is provided on site and Mart staff can assist in making arrangements when additional security is needed. Event hosts are provided at $23 per hour and security are provided at $20 per hour, per person and are required during all hours the building is occupied by the lessee (this service is a facility requirement).
Vehicle permits are $55 per vehicle, per location. An exact number of vehicles with a floor plan stating the locations of the vehicles will be required three weeks before the event.
