The Denver Mart is the Rocky Mountain Region’s most versatile event facility with the flexibility to handle a wide variety of trade shows, consumer shows, banquets, conferences and special events of every type. With five interconnected spaces offering over 275,000 square feet of space on one level and under one roof, the Denver Mart can accommodate events of every size. Show producers may use individual buildings or any combination of rooms to meet their needs and each of the primary spaces offer an exclusive loading dock, parking lot and entrance with a built-in registration or ticket sales counter. The full-range of services includes event set-up, in-house catering, housekeeping, electrical service, wireless Internet, shipping/receiving, and security.
The Denver Mart also boasts a 71’ tall LED illuminated marquee sign that is a unique outdoor signage opportunity. Over the course of 30 days there are over 6.5 million drivers viewing the sign that sits on the west side of the complex, adjacent to Interstate 25. Given the low number of available outdoor signs along such a busy corridor and the fact that this sign is digital allows users to take full advantage of the available exposure.
Beginning in 2012 and scheduled to continue through 2014 the new Mart ownership plans to spend $5 million plus in capital improvements. To date there have been updates in the event space that include new carpet/flooring, paint, lighting, and lobby remodels. Capital has also been spent in parking lot improvements as well as other infrastructure projects.
We are centrally located just ten minutes north of Downtown Denver and thirty minutes from Denver International Airport. Our facility sits at the confluence of five major highways through Metro Denver and the central location makes it easy for all of your attendees to find us.
