Tenant Services

The Denver Mart offers its tenants a wide variety of support services and amenities. These are some of the services and amenities available when you lease a showroom at the Denver Mart:

Access Cards

Each showroom will be issued Denver Mart access cards that give you and your designated staff access to the building 24/7. If you have lost your access card or need to add or delete a card please contact leasing@denvermart.com or call 303-292-6278 ext 5292.


There are multiple opportunities to advertise your showroom at the Denver Mart from a back-lit sign in the Terrace Gardens atrium, your message on the marquee sign facing I-25 or in the many show publications produced each year. For more information check out the Marketing Tools page.

Construction & Remodeling

We have a list of qualified electricians and contractors the Denver Mart works with who can assist you in remodeling your showroom. Contact leasing@denvermart.com for more information.


A coin-operated copy machine is located on the first floor near the Terrace Gardens security desk.

Dock & Porter Service

The Denver Mart dock can receive shipments on your behalf and deliver them to your showroom. Dock staff can also help you load and unload product, ship out product and track shipments. Complete the Dock Option Form to sign up or contact leasing@denvermart.com for further information.

Internet Service

High speed internet service is available for showroom tenants. If you would like to sign up for service please contact the leasing department at leasing@denvermart.com.


Ample free parking is available to permanent showroom tenants and staff. During public shows tenants are encouraged to display Denver Mart parking passes in their vehicles. These passes are available in the the Leasing Office.


Access to the Denver Mart is limited to qualified retail buyers. The Buyer Registration department ensures that those entering the Mart building both during show and non-show times are qualified buyers. Learn more at Buyer Registration or email buyer_reg@denvermart.com.


Security is posted at the security desk 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. If you have a security related issue, please call 303-292-6278 ext. 5245.

Shipping Services

You can send packages through UPS, FedEx and USPS services via kiosks located on the Mart building dock, as well as by post office boxes (2 Total). For questions contact oscar@denvermart.com.

Show Badges

Badges will be issued to all listed members of your showroom prior to the first Apparel and Gift Show of the year. To update your showroom roster contact leasing@denvermart.com. For WESA show badges please contact the WESA office.

Showroom Locks

If you need a lock change or have misplaced your key contact leasing@denvermart.com or call 303-292-6278 ext 5292.

Tenant Portal

Log into the Tenant Portal to view your showroom statement, make a payment (one-time or recurring) via ACH or to start a conversation with Leasing.

Trash Removal & Recycling

All trash and recycling must be taken to the receptacle rooms located by each rest room.
